Learn the process for shipping to Basic Combat Training (BCT) and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) to make sure you are ready on Ship-Day. This page breaks down the shipping process into a timeline so that you will know what to expect.
When you are 45-60 Days from your reserved Ship-Day, SFC Stokes will contact you about completing a Pre-Screen to check for any changes that might have occured since your enlistment. The below button will direct you to the Pre-Screen page.
SFC Stokes will also schedule a meeting with you to complete your shipper paperwork for your shipper packet.
When you are 7 Days from your reserved Ship-Day, SFC Stokes will contact you to discuss your transportation to the airport. At this point, you should begin packing. The packing list is available at the bottom of this page.
When you are 3 Days from your reserved Ship-Day, SFC Stokes will provide you with details about your flight. This will include airport location, your airline, the time you need to be at the airport on your Ship-Day, and your flight's departure time.
On the day you ship to BCT/AIT, you will meet with SFC Stokes on your way to the airport to sign your final shipper documents and to receive your shipper packet. Your shipper packet will include the following:
